Biography

Jennifer Cichinski has had a passion for singing since the age of 5. She also plays piano and guitar, and comes from a long line of musicians. Her father sings and plays in a piano bar.

Jennifer began training in 1996, for which she became a stronger, more powerful singer. She trained with Gladys Bryant, a New Jersey wedding band leader. She then sang with a band that performed all types of music, including specialty genres such as Irish. She expanded upon what she learned, and later began teaching on her own.

Her teaching style is one of motivation and goal orientation. Students are very pleased during the course of training at the noticeable improvements they've made in their overall performance.

A Sharp Voice also offers public speaking training. Students practice using monologues and scripts. They are taught proper delivery and how to keep an audience engaged. We correct common flaws in delivery and learn how body language affects vocal performance.

A Sharp Voice specializes in helping students overcome fear and self doubt concerning their level of talent and ability. She has the ability to calm and encourage at the same time.

Jennifer attended Kean University, where she earned a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. She is a certified elementary school teacher.
